First floor, Double Bay village · Sydney

Sheer linen lifting at a window, morning light and olive-leaf shadows across a curved limewash wall beside a lit niche.

The studio

Limewash,limestone,linen.

A first-floor studio above Double Bay village, built from the same soft curves as the classes: arched niches, rounded walls, sheer linen. Calm enough that you hear your instructor without anyone raising their voice.

The Arch Room before class: limewash walls with three lit arched niches, reformers with sage upholstery, an olive tree and sheer linen curtains.

6reformers

The Arch Room

Six reformers, spaced well apart, under three lit arched niches. Sheer linen on the harbour-side windows.

Reformer Foundations, Signature, Slow, Strong, Long Sunday and Pre & Postnatal.

10mats, one tower, one chair

The Linen Room

A smaller, quieter room with a tower reformer and a chair for private sessions, and space for ten mats in mat, strength and mobility classes.

Mat & Small Props, Strength & Mobility, and private sessions.

A mat class in the Linen Room with small balls and rings.

Up the stairs, above the village.

First floor, Double Bay village, Double Bay 2028. By ferry from the Quay, a short walk from Edgecliff station, or on the bus along New South Head Road.

Double Bay wharf

F7 from Circular Quay via Darling Point. The wharf is on Bay Street; walk up Bay Street into the village.

Up one flight of stone stairs from the village, a few minutes’ walk from Knox Street and the wharf. As a concept studio, MOVA claims no real premises — the full street address you would get on booking is deliberately left out.
